Burns & McDonnell Change Management Analyst - 1898 &Co. (Multiple Locations) in Phoenix, Arizona
The Change Management Analyst will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This position will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The Change Management Analyst will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact client employees to increase benefit realization, value creating, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
Responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
Apply transformation principles, methods and diagnostics in the disciplines of change leadership, process/system integration and organization design.
Translate business strategy into specific transformation change management strategy, goals and deliverables.
Design, implement and advance large-scale transformation and change initiatives.
Assist in managing multiple large, complex projects with diverse stakeholders and project partners.
Utilize diagnostic approaches to discover engagement approaches, impacts, benefits and barriers to influence adaptation and adoption of solutions.
Integrate the transformation resource plan into the overall project plan.
Drive transformation contributions and deliverables to meet client needs.
Assist with identifying, analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tactics.
Assist with coaching external clients.
Assist with the evaluation and ensure user readiness.
Track and report challenges and issues.

Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, communications, organization development, social sciences or related field.
Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.
Prior internship and/or related consulting experience preferred.
Change Management certification or designation. Prosci Certification preferred.
Involvement on campus or in the community.
Basic knowledge in standard change management techniques, principles and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
Proficient computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e. without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.
