Administer Microsoft 365 systems (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams Phone, SharePoint)
Oversee Microsoft 365 roadmap releases, ensuring that proper planning, tracking, and communication is in place for upcoming changes
Implement security best practices recommendations for M365 and Azure environments
Support hybrid Azure Active Directory (AAD) environment and AAD based Single Sign On (SSO)
Perform Azure DevOps administration and code deployments in partnership with Application and Data teams
Manage assigned projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion
Partner with other team members to understand system requirements and configurations
Maintain documentation of technology systems, processes, and components
Provide mentorship and support to other members of the team
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
Tier 2/3 support for Service Desk issues
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
3-5 years Microsoft 365 administration experience with Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration (domains, policies, transport rules, etc.)
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 monitoring service health, removal of user accounts, and management of service requests
Microsoft 365 Identity and Access Management, Azure Active Directory
Experience with system monitoring, issue investigation, performance monitoring, and tuning
Hands-on experience with PowerShell
Experience with ITIL Service Management processes (Incident, Change, and Problem)
Strong communication skills
Strong research skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology or related field. Applicable years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Microsoft A certification a plus.
Basic knowledge of applying IT principles, methods, and tools to the IT systems environment.
Basic knowledge of applying IT system principles and methods to commercial systems products.
Basic knowledge of applying IT principles and methods to technical documentation methods; and performance management methods.
Basic knowledge of applying IT principles and methods to performance management methods.
Basic knowledge of applying risk factors associated with maintaining IT systems, such as computer viruses, hackers, and denials of service.
Basic knowledge of applying IT security regulations and policies.
